My Cast Iron Cookware (2006-04-08)

Here are the cast iron pot and skillet I've ordered online after I couldn't find any on Kappabashi Street.

I've been using them quite a bit but it'll take several years for them to develope that smooth dark sheen and non-stick property.  Apart from not being able to toss the pan (due to its weight), I have no complaint about my newly acquired cookware.
