Roasted Sweet Potatoes (2004-12-11)
Japanese sweet potatoes have yellow flesh and drier compared to the
orange-flesh and moister variety sold in Australia and US. And I
prefer the latter. However last week I bought a small piece of
roasted sweet potato from a vendor on the spur of the moment. It
was very sweet but a little dry, eating it made me miss the sweet
potatoes I used to buy in Sydney.
